Join us as Legal AI Engineer to co-build Qonto's vision of an "Augmented Legal Department" — a future where AI and humans work side by side to scale legal capacity across Europe. You'll design and ship the agents, tools, and operating model that will redefine how our Legal team works, working in close partnership with Alexia, our General Counsel at Qonto.

Co-create the "Augmented Legal" vision for 2028/2030: You'll work side-by-side with Alexia to map Legal's workflows, identify what's agentizable, and define the target state; who does what, how, and at what scale.
Build and ship production-ready AI agents: From prototyping to deployment and maintenance, you'll own the full lifecycle of agents that genuinely transform Legal's day-to-day, not just demos, but reliable...
