Legal Analyst - Shanghai Office

Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is seeking a Legal Analyst for its Shanghai office to support its expanding Capital Markets and IPO practice. The Legal Analyst will provide transactional and case support to lawyers within the Capital Markets and IPO practice groups. Key responsibilities include conducting legal and commercial research, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals and pitches, proofreading and reviewing transactional documents, supporting due diligence and verification processes, and performing translation and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidates should possess an LLB or LLM from a prestigious Chinese law school and have passed the PRC bar exam. A good command of English, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential. Effective communication skills and flexibility to work overtime are also required.
