The Global Legal & Compliance Operations Lead at CoorsTek is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Global Legal & Compliance Department. This role ensures that departmental operations align strategically with CoorsTek's business objectives, focusing on technology management, vendor relations, budgeting, process improvements, and knowledge management. A significant aspect of this position involves coordinating the implementation and integration of legal technologies across international subsidiaries to maintain consistency and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing legal and compliance technology platforms such as contract lifecycle management and e-learning systems, overseeing the company's contract repository, managing relationships with external service providers, and handling financial planning and budget oversight for the department. Additionally, the role supports risk and compliance programs, manages litigation-related matters, maintains corporate records for domestic and international entities, and develops a centralized knowledge base of policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred. They should have 6–10 years of experience in legal or compliance operations, project management, or consulting, along with experience with legal and compliance technology platforms. Strong financial acumen, data literacy, excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills are essential. The ability to collaborate effectively across all levels within and outside the department and to realign priorities in support of the department's and company's strategic direction is also required.
