Legal Consultant - Cloud / SaaS

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a Legal Consultant with strong Cloud/SaaS experience to provide long-term support to a Fortune 200 global technology client in the APAC region. This role focuses on high-impact commercial work across the Asia-Pacific market.

The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex cloud/SaaS and enterprise technology agreements, leading enterprise-level negotiations with customers across APAC, and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to sales, product, engineering, and security teams on go-to-market strategies, cloud security, and commercial risk allocation. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with global legal and cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.

Candidates should have strong experience in negotiating cloud/SaaS and enterprise technology agreements, ideally with prior experience from a technology company. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is the ability to handle complex, time-sensitive deals. Regional exposure, particularly in Australia and New Zealand or India, is advantageous but not mandatory. A legal qualification is preferred but not required.
