Legal Consultant - Derivatives

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with expertise in derivatives to join their team remotely in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in derivatives or structured products, gained either in private practice or in-house. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to new environments are essential. Experience in equity derivatives is considered an asset.

In this role, the Legal Consultant will work directly with business clients, providing guidance and practical solutions in the evolving financial regulatory landscape. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation, assisting with projects in response to regulatory and political changes, advising on risk mitigation strategies, and supporting the development of new products and markets.
