Legal Consultant - Financial Services

Axiom is seeking experienced Legal Consultants specializing in Financial Services to join their team in Singapore. The role involves providing legal expertise to Fortune 500 clients, focusing on financial regulations and compliance. As a Legal Consultant, you will advise clients on a broad spectrum of financial services regulations, support licensing and regulatory engagement, and handle regulatory queries. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as policies, contracts, and disclosures, and partnering with internal teams to integrate regulatory requirements into business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a focus on financial services, gained from financial institutions, law firms, or payment platforms. Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, including Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines and the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders are also required.
