Legal Counsel (18 months)

The Health Employers Association of British Columbia (HEABC) is seeking a Legal Counsel for an 18-month contract based in Vancouver, BC. This role involves providing legal counsel and consulting services on labour and employment matters, including arbitration, dispute resolution, strategic litigation, member education, policy advice, and collective bargaining. The successful candidate will work closely with health-sector employers, unions, and external agencies, researching and interpreting legislation, collective agreements, and jurisprudence to support HEABC's mission in the healthcare sector.
