Legal Counsel Apprentice

Equativ is seeking a Legal Counsel Apprentice to join its dynamic Legal team in Paris. This team serves as the primary legal partner for Equativ's global business leaders, providing regulatory support and advice in a fast-paced and complex environment. The apprentice will report directly to the Global Head of Legal based in Paris.

In this role, the apprentice will assist with corporate matters such as shares transfers, maintaining corporate registers, drafting powers of attorney, and monitoring company mergers and subsidiary implementations. Responsibilities also include updating internal data privacy registers, reviewing data processing agreements, and updating contract templates and guidelines. Additionally, the apprentice will conduct legal monitoring and research, providing regular updates and memos on new regulations, case law, contracts, privacy, and related laws.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in business law or digital law and possesses strong analytical skills. They should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and building strong relationships across various business departments. A team-oriented attitude, proactivity, and a strong sense of confidentiality are essential. Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is required. The position is intended for candidates seeking an apprenticeship starting in September.
