Archirodon Group N.V., a reputable international contractor with over fifty years in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) market, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their Athens office. The company has a strong track record in delivering major projects across Energy, Marine, Infrastructure, and Defense & Security sectors worldwide. The Legal Counsel will be an integral part of the Legal & Contracts team, reporting directly to the Head of the Legal Department.

In this role, the Legal Counsel will provide legal assistance and advice on various issues, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements in compliance with applicable legislation. They will handle disputes, litigation, and third-party claims in collaboration with external advisors when necessary. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will work closely with other members of the Legal Department on specific projects and tasks, ensuring that all legal and contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, and controlled. Support in day-to-day corporate secretarial matters will also be part of the responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, with an LL.M. from a renowned law school considered a plus. A minimum of five years of legal experience, preferably in-house or with a reputable international law firm, is required, focusing on litigation, corporate and commercial law, and international transaction law. Experience in the construction or related sector, with active involvement in litigations, is advantageous. Fluency in English, both oral and written, is essential; knowledge of French and/or Arabic would be beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also necessary.
