Legal Counsel Assistant - Stage (6 mois) Janvier 2027 (F/H/NB)

Ubisoft, a global leader in video game development, is seeking three Legal Counsel Assistants for a six-month internship starting in January 2027. The Legal Department offers a dynamic environment where interns will support various teams, including Production, Business, Tech & IT, and Media, providing a comprehensive exposure to the legal aspects of the gaming industry.

Interns will assist in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, such as confidentiality agreements, service agreements, licenses, and intellectual property rights transfers. They will also support the management of Ubisoft's global trademark portfolio, conduct international legal research, and provide guidance to internal teams on diverse legal matters.

Ideal candidates are law students specializing in intellectual property, new technologies, or trademark law, seeking a full-time internship beginning in January 2027. A prior successful experience in a company or law firm, including contract drafting, is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this international role. An interest in new technologies, particularly video games, is advantageous.

As an intern at Ubisoft, you will receive compensation based on your level of education, meal vouchers, reimbursement of 50% of transportation costs, and one additional day off per month.
