Job Summary

Socure's legal team is seeking a Commercial Counsel. Reporting to our Head of Commercial Legal or a Senior Legal Counsel, you will have a chance to help shape the company's legal function, build processes and policies, and partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as other attorneys. We offer an exciting, fast-paced company environment, with a shared mission to eliminate identity fraud and lead the identity verification market.

Job Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial matters, serving as legal partner to Sales, Customer Success, Finance,

Security, and Product on deal structure, contract negotiations, risk, and compliance

• Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of technology and commercial contracts, including SaaS

agreements, partner/reseller agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements, and vendor contracts
