As a business partner to the HR teams and Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility departments, you will be at the heart of the group's human and structural challenges, offering expert and pragmatic advice that aligns with Ubisoft's culture and values.

In this position, you will collaborate with other legal professionals under the supervision of the Director of Legal, International Employment. Your daily responsibilities will include advising and supporting both headquarters and local teams on a variety of legal topics with significant multicultural implications. Key areas of focus will be contributing to the implementation and support of group-wide HR projects aimed at harmonizing and evolving practices and policies in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This includes areas such as compensation and benefits, intra-group mobility (including secondments, expatriations, international assignments), recruitment procedures, career management, and the development, implementation, and monitoring of top management employment contracts.

Additionally, you will provide counsel and support in managing employee representation bodies and trade unions at the international level. Your role will also involve daily collaboration with operational teams (production and technology), Social Relations, Data Protection, Corporate Tax, and Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility teams to address the social law implications of innovative projects, considering local legal and cultural specifics. Staying informed about changes in the legal and HR landscape within the video game industry and other disruptive sectors that could impact human resources topics is also essential.

To succeed in this role, you should possess solid knowledge in labor law and have experience in similar positions within international contexts. A legal background in social law is required, along with a curiosity about foreign labor laws and practices, and a strong international legal culture. Demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop positive and constructive relationships with stakeholders at all levels are crucial. You should have precise legal analytical skills, excellent drafting abilities, and be extremely rigorous, with a positive mindset, intellectual creativity, adaptability, and the capacity to resolve issues based on risk analysis. Being agile, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced and demanding environment is essential. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary, as many of your interlocutors will be English-speaking.

Ubisoft offers a comprehensive benefits package, including participation in profit-sharing schemes, a company savings plan, 25 days of paid leave, 12 additional days off, 50% coverage of transportation costs, meal vouchers, and other advantages. The position is based in Paris, France, and is not eligible for full remote work.

Joining Ubisoft means becoming part of a diverse and innovative team dedicated to creating original and memorable gaming experiences. If you are passionate about innovation and eager to push the boundaries of entertainment, this is an opportunity to contribute to the creation of the unknown.
