Legal Counsel

Emergent Labs is seeking a Legal Counsel to establish and lead its in-house legal function. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the founders and leadership team to provide comprehensive legal support across commercial contracts, corporate matters, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance for both the India and US entities. The Legal Counsel will be instrumental in building scalable legal frameworks and processes that facilitate rapid business growth while ensuring responsible operations.
