Legal Counsel (Global Biz)

Toss is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Global Business team, focusing on providing comprehensive legal support for international operations. This role is integral to ensuring that Toss's global initiatives comply with applicable laws and regulations, facilitating seamless expansion and operations across various jurisdictions.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to Toss's international business activities. You will advise internal teams on legal risks and compliance matters, ensuring that business strategies align with legal requirements. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external legal advisors and oversee dispute resolution processes to protect Toss's interests globally.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have at least 5 years of experience in international business law, preferably within the technology sector. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
