Legal Counsel
Helsing is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our London-based team, reporting directly to the General Counsel and collaborating closely with the CEO of Helsing Ltd. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive legal support across various domains, including defense, software, and artificial intelligence, within a rapidly scaling organization.
Key responsibilities include advising the UK leadership team on strategic and tactical decisions, particularly concerning relationships with UK government customers and partners. The ideal candidate is a UK-qualified attorney with 2-3+ years of post-qualification experience in firm, in-house, or government roles. A strong understanding of UK public procurement regulations and single-source contracting regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to engage effectively at all organizational levels. Personal attributes should align with Helsing's values: ownership, initiative, dedication to mission, speed, and inclusiveness. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be collaborative, humble, and a problem-solver.
