ROLE
What will be your main challenges?
- As Legal Counsel in the Commercial/IP/Litigation team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operation teams to fulfill their business and legal needs with a particular focus on intellectual property matters, and to bolster the company’s asset-protection strategy, notably through IP protection, enforcement strategy, trademark portfolio management and litigation matters.
