Legal Counsel, Procurement

Remote is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel specializing in procurement to join our dynamic legal team. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a high volume of vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and other commercial contracts. You will provide strategic legal advice to business stakeholders, develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to support vendor onboarding and management. Additionally, you will identify legal risks and opportunities in commercial relationships and stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial contracts in multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have rigorous legal training from a reputable law firm, significant experience in commercial law with a focus on vendor agreements and SaaS contracts, and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice. Strong automation and AI capabilities are essential, along with excellent English language skills. While prior remote work experience is not required, it is considered a plus.
