THE ROLE 🥳
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing in-house legal team and support the business as we scale globally.
You will partner closely with GTM teams and founders to provide practical, commercially focused legal support that enables deal momentum, manages risk effectively and supports confident decision making.
This role suits someone who enjoys working at pace, collaborating across teams and contributing to the continued development of a modern, high-impact legal function in a high-growth AI company.

- Negotiate and review customer agreements including enterprise SaaS MSAs, DPAs, renewals and upsells
- Support enterprise deal velocity by providing fast, pragmatic and risk-aware legal guidance
