Legal Counsel

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology sector. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience with contract management and familiarity with AI technologies are advantageous.
