Legal Intern
NBCUniversal is seeking a full-time Legal Intern to join its Corporate division. The Legal Intern will engage in a range of tasks, including assisting with the acquisition, distribution, and production of film and TV content. Responsibilities encompass managing and updating deal details and rights information, communicating with international teams to confirm rights positions, and drafting essential documentation for content release. Additionally, the intern will support the Business and Legal Affairs team by producing deal summaries, tracking negotiations, and assisting with various ad-hoc requests.
Ideal candidates should possess strong written and oral communication skills, analytical reasoning abilities, and excellent attention to detail. The role requires adaptability, the capacity to prioritize and manage a broad workload, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship, from July 5, 2027, to July 21, 2028, and be able to work on-site four days per week.
