Legal Intern

Olema Oncology is seeking a Legal Intern to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This 10-week paid summer internship offers law students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the biotech industry, working closely with our Corporate Counsel, Contracts. The internship runs from June 8 through August 14, with a commitment of 40 hours per week on-site at our Cambridge facility.

As a Legal Intern, you will assist in day-to-day corporate tasks related to securities laws, Nasdaq requirements, corporate governance, and record-keeping. Responsibilities include researching corporate law issues, reviewing external and internal communications, maintaining the contract database, updating a repository of standardized contract terms, and drafting select documents such as Confidential Disclosure Agreements.

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an accredited law school with at least one year completed and has a strong academic background with coursework in relevant legal areas. An interest in the biopharmaceutical industry and corporate law is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
