Legal Manager

Acino, a Swiss pharmaceutical company headquartered in Zurich, is seeking a Legal Manager to oversee all legal affairs within the Egypt region. This role involves managing commercial licenses, ensuring compliance with applicable commercial laws, and supporting the Egypt business by coordinating with Headquarters Legal to effectively manage and report on legal activities, risks, and litigation matters. The Legal Manager will also act as Company Secretary for Egypt legal entities, providing guidance on corporate governance in collaboration with the Legal Director, Egypt.
