Augment Code is seeking a Legal Operations and Contracts Manager to enhance the efficiency and scalability of its legal department. This pivotal role involves implementing and overseeing systems and processes to streamline contract review, collaborating with various departments, and supporting the company's growth through innovative legal solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing systems and processes to maximize deal-flow efficiency, demoing, learning, and implementing the latest in Legal Tech solutions, working directly with lawyers to build out playbooks and guidance for contract review, and problem-solving on how best to serve a growing company and department. Depending on your experience and desire, you may also engage in low to mid-level contract review.

The ideal candidate will have previous contract management or legal operations experience at a B2B SaaS company, a desire to learn new systems and implement new solutions (specifically AI solutions in legal tech), a collaborative, team-player attitude that fosters confidence in those supported, a creative problem-solving approach with proven initiative, and a self-starter mentality who is not afraid to take responsibility and try new things.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $155,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
