Tecovas is seeking a Legal Operations & Corporate Paralegal to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing legal department. This role reports directly to the Chief Legal and People Officer and serves as the operational backbone of a dynamic legal team within a rapidly expanding company.

The successful candidate will manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, execution, and renewal tracking for various agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, and license agreements. Responsibilities also encompass designing and implementing contract management workflows, administering the contract lifecycle management system, and serving as the primary contact for contract-related inquiries across the organization. Additionally, the role involves supporting corporate governance and entity management, maintaining minute books, preparing board and committee resolutions, and ensuring compliance with filing deadlines.

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in paralegal or legal operations roles, with substantial exposure to corporate and commercial legal work. Hands-on experience with legal technology platforms, including contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools, is essential. Familiarity with AI-assisted legal tools is highly desirable. A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in high-growth companies, consumer brands, or small in-house legal departments.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
