Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a proactive and analytical Legal Operations Director to enhance the efficiency and scalability of its legal function. This role involves collaborating closely with the Vice President of Legal to develop and execute both short-term and long-term operational plans within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Legal Operations Director will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies and implementing guidelines to streamline various legal operations, including contract management, outside counsel management, litigation support, knowledge management, entity management, and intellectual property protection. Additionally, the role entails administering all legal technology platforms, such as e-billing systems, contract lifecycle management systems, and legal intake systems. Developing cost-saving strategies, optimizing outside counsel engagement, and analyzing key legal department metrics to drive continuous improvement are also key aspects of the position.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an in-house legal operations role. Demonstrated experience with AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance productivity and automate workflows is essential. Familiarity with legal technology platforms like Ironclad and Brightflag is preferred.
