Legal Operations Manager
The Legal Operations Manager at InnovAge is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and interacting closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership team. This position is integral to the legal department's daily operations, vendor management, and corporate governance, ensuring compliance with public company and SEC requirements. InnovAge is a senior care provider dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently through its Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling logistics for the CLO and legal leadership team. The role also involves preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, supporting contract management processes, and maintaining organized records of executed agreements. Additionally, the manager oversees the legal department's budget, processes invoices, manages vendor relationships, and prepares real-time dashboard presentations for financial analysis.
The position requires a bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience. Candidates should have at least three years of experience supporting company executive leadership and interacting with a Board of Directors. Public company experience, particularly in fulfilling SEC filing requirements, is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and board management software like Diligent are also necessary.
This is a fully remote position with quarterly travel as needed for legal team and Board of Directors meetings.
