Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to support the Office of the General Counsel by managing budgeting processes, operational workflows, mergers and acquisitions, technology platforms, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enabling the legal team to deliver strategic value to the organization.

Key responsibilities include supporting annual legal budgeting and forecasting processes, administering legal intake and workflow systems, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and managing project plans for legal and compliance initiatives. The role also involves overseeing entity management, coordinating quarterly team meetings, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Paralegal Certificate preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in legal, compliance, legal operations, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and generative AI platforms like MS Copilot is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are crucial, along with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $87,100 and $115,000 annually, depending on factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, the successful candidate will be eligible to participate in the annual Corporate Incentive Plan, which can amount to up to 9% of the annual salary.
