Legal Operations Program Manager, Integrations
Lyft is seeking a Legal Operations Program Manager to join its expanding Legal Operations Team, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and post-close integration activities. This role serves as the operational backbone for legal aspects of strategic transactions, partnering with Lyft's Corporate Development Integration Management Office (IMO) to manage legal integration processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at driving outcomes across multiple concurrent transactions in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
Key responsibilities include managing the legal workstream of M&A integration across global acquisitions, from planning during diligence through post-close. This involves building integration roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, and preparing leadership updates on integration status. The role also entails program leadership across concurrent initiatives, ensuring legal work is appropriately resourced and prioritized, and proactively identifying risks and dependencies. Additionally, the position requires cross-functional engagement, supporting diligence and closing workstreams, and managing relationships with outside counsel and vendors across jurisdictions.
Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, program management, or consulting, with direct experience in M&A integration or large-scale program management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to drive clarity across senior stakeholders are essential. An understanding of financial management principles, including deal budgets and integration cost tracking, is also important. Experience supporting corporate transactions, due diligence, and post-close integration, ideally in partnership with an Integration Management Office (IMO), is preferred.
The compensation for this role ranges from $132,000 to $165,000 annually.
