Key responsibilities include managing complex legal processes, overseeing contract lifecycle management, supporting entity governance, and handling international legal documentation such as notarizations and apostilles. The role also involves leading high-impact legal operations projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, and workflow standardization initiatives. Additionally, the specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing legal databases and document repositories to improve efficiency and visibility.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in legal studies, Business Administration, or a related field, with a paralegal certification being a plus. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate legal or legal operations role within a mid-to-large organization is required. Extensive experience with apostille processes and international document legalization requirements is essential. Strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems are also necessary.
