About This Role:

The Legal Operations Specialist is part of the Legal team and reports to our Manager, Legal Operations & Investigations. As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will provide hands-on operational and administrative support to the Legal team, with a focus on reviewing and processing legal requests, preparing accurate and professional written communications, organizing and analyzing information, and supporting interactions with law enforcement and government agencies. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams to help ensure legal requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, an excellent writer, intellectually curious, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, working through complex information, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also have opportunities to develop knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transaction tracing to support legal and law enforcement matters.
