About This Role:

Crusoe is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to serve as a key execution partner, bridging our growing Legal and Legal Operations teams. This role focuses on establishing the administrative and technological foundation for our legal department, ensuring seamless transactional support and centralized legal knowledge management. You will be instrumental in optimizing how the legal team leverages its technology stack, including platforms like Ironclad CLM, Google Workspace, MS Word, Slack, and Asana, to maintain consistency and efficiency across all operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technologically adept, and energized by building systems and processes in a fast-moving environment.
