The Legal Operations Specialist at HARMAN International plays a pivotal role in supporting the Legal & Compliance department by managing technology, optimizing operations, and driving strategic projects. This position focuses on accelerating the use of AI, establishing scalable operating models, driving standardization, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Legal & Compliance function.

Key responsibilities include supporting and executing strategic Legal & Compliance initiatives aligned with departmental goals, managing strategic projects end-to-end, and collaborating across Legal & Compliance, Digital, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption. The role also involves selecting, implementing, and maintaining global Legal & Compliance technologies, leading or managing technology initiatives, and supporting AI-enabled Legal & Compliance initiatives such as automation, document intelligence, analytics, and knowledge solutions.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in legal operations or related legal leadership roles. Proven experience in building and leading cross-functional projects, strong knowledge of legal processes, litigation, case management, e-discovery, and legal technology platforms are essential. Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong analytical and project management capabilities, are also required.

The compensation for this role ranges from $78,750 to $115,500 annually.
