Mixtiles is seeking a Legal Partner to collaborate closely with the General Counsel and various departments, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership. This role is integral to shaping key business decisions and ensuring the company's ambitious initiatives are executed with clarity and confidence. The Legal Partner will be instrumental in guiding the company through complex legal landscapes and supporting its rapid global expansion.

Key responsibilities include leading critical legal areas such as Commercial, Corporate, Privacy, Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Employment. The Legal Partner will manage external experts across multiple countries, ensuring the company receives clear, high-quality guidance that supports fast, confident decision-making. Additionally, this role involves bridging legal requirements with business needs, enabling teams to execute intelligently and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong track record from a top-tier law firm and/or a high-growth tech environment. Expertise in at least two of the following areas is required: commercial transactions, corporate law, and privacy & data protection. The candidate should possess exceptional intellectual ability, clear communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
