Legal Process Server

ABC Legal Services is seeking a dedicated Legal Process Server to join our team. As a premier legal services company operating nationwide, we specialize in delivering legal documents to individuals and entities involved in court cases. Our clients include banks and law firms, and we are governed by the courts and the rules of civil procedure. We value honesty and accuracy and are looking for organized, independent, and personable individuals to deliver legal documents across all 50 states.

In this role, you will be responsible for serving legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints to individuals and businesses. Your day-to-day tasks will involve planning efficient routes, making timely deliveries, and documenting each service attempt accurately. Utilizing our industry-leading mobile app, you will claim jobs, map your stops, and track your pay, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Proficiency with iOS or Android smart devices and the ability to work within a mobile application are essential. You should be capable of scanning and printing documents and willing to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. While experience in process serving or related work is helpful, it is not required. Please note that some states require process servers to be registered or certified; compliance with state-specific requirements is necessary.

Compensation is competitive, with fair wages earned for each job attempted and resolved. Process servers benefit from a flexible schedule, choosing their workload with attempts required every 48 hours at varied times. You can set your own service areas and claim jobs directly through our app. Additionally, our knowledgeable support team is available to answer any questions you may have.
