Legal Process Server

ABC Legal Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Legal Process Servers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses, ensuring that due process is upheld. As part of our nationwide network, you will play a crucial role in the legal system by facilitating the proper notification of legal actions.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving legal documents promptly and accurately, planning efficient routes to maximize delivery effectiveness, and engaging with recipients in a professional and courteous manner. You will also utilize our industry-leading mobile application to manage your workload, track your stops, and map your routes.

To be successful in this role, you must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Proficiency with iOS or Android smart devices and the ability to work within a mobile app are essential. Additionally, you should have access to a printer and scanner, and be capable of working variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. While experience in process serving or related work is helpful, it is not required.

Compensation is competitive, with earnings based on the number of jobs completed. Process Servers benefit from flexible schedules, allowing you to choose your workload and service areas.
