Legal Process Server

ABC Legal Services is seeking a dedicated Legal Process Server to join our extensive network of professionals delivering legal documents across the United States. As a Process Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that legal documents are served accurately and promptly, upholding the integrity of the legal process.

In this role, you will receive legal documents to serve upon specific parties involved in lawsuits. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and deliver these documents to the intended recipients, which may involve multiple attempts at different times to ensure successful service. You will also be required to document each attempt thoroughly, providing clear and factual notes, and submit signed proofs of service or non-service as required.

Ideal candidates should possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. Depending on your state's regulations, you may need to obtain a process server registration or certification. While prior experience in process serving is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as ABC Legal provides comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

As an independent contractor with ABC Legal, you have the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose the areas you wish to serve. Compensation is based on a per-job rate, with payments processed upon completion of each assignment. Additionally, ABC Legal offers reimbursements for certain expenses, such as printing costs, to support your operations.
