ABC Legal Services is seeking a Legal Process Server in Texas to deliver legal documents to individuals involved in court proceedings. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload, utilizing our industry-leading mobile app for job management. As a Legal Process Server, your primary responsibility will be to serve legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints to designated parties. This involves planning efficient routes, making timely delivery attempts, and accurately documenting each service attempt. You will work independently, ensuring that all deliveries comply with legal requirements and company standards.

The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Proficiency with iOS or Android devices and the ability to work within a mobile app are essential. Candidates should be capable of scanning and printing documents and willing to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. While experience in process serving or related fields is beneficial, it is not required. Please note that some states may require process servers to be registered or certified.
