Legal Program Manager
Twitch is seeking an experienced Legal Program Manager to join its dynamic legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role involves overseeing complex legal and regulatory initiatives, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and execution. The position is available in multiple locations, including San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; Culver City, CA; and New York, NY.
The Legal Program Manager will be responsible for managing the intake, planning, coordination, and tracking of legal compliance initiatives from inception to completion. A key aspect of the role includes leading the adoption of AI-powered solutions within the legal team, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the manager will act as a liaison between the Legal Department and key partners in Product Development and Operations, translating legal and compliance recommendations into actionable workstreams with clear milestones and risk considerations.
Candidates should have at least six years of experience in project or program management, with a minimum of five years leading project planning efforts. Experience in technology adoption, change management, or process automation within legal, compliance, or operations environments is essential. Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
The base salary for this position varies by location, ranging from $115,600 to $185,000 annually.
