Legal Secretary
The Legal Secretary position at Itasca County involves providing comprehensive legal office support to the County Attorney and Assistant County Attorneys. This role is integral to the County Attorney's Department, ensuring the efficient preparation and management of legal documents and case files within the county's legal framework.
Key responsibilities include preparing and electronically filing court documents, maintaining both electronic and physical case files, and updating and monitoring complex calendars to meet court and statutory deadlines. Additionally, they should have either a Legal Secretary Certificate or at least two years of work experience as a legal secretary or in a comparable role. The position offers a salary range of $56,721.60 to $75,712.00 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.
