The Legal Specialist, Marketplace role at AB InBev's Growth Group involves providing comprehensive legal support to the company's marketplace initiatives. This position is integral to the Growth Group, which unifies AB InBev's B2B, DTC, Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams to drive digital transformation and organic growth globally. The Legal Specialist will collaborate closely with various business units to ensure legal compliance and facilitate commercial operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements such as services agreements, SaaS and technology contracts, partnership arrangements, and NDAs. The role also entails providing practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders, managing contract workflows, and contributing to the development and improvement of legal templates and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Laws (Bacharel em Direito) from an accredited Brazilian university and hold an active OAB certification. Essential qualifications include experience in contract law and commercial legal matters, strong drafting skills, and fluency in both Portuguese and English. While prior experience in technology-related legal issues is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
