The Legal Specialist, Marketplace role at BEES involves supporting the Growth Group Legal team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment. BEES is AB InBev’s B2B platform, operating across 29 countries to streamline commerce for merchants and retailers. This position offers an ambitious legal professional the opportunity to engage with a broad range of legal and commercial matters, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities include drafting and providing legal guidance on various commercial agreements such as services agreements, SaaS and technology agreements, partnership arrangements, licensing agreements, NDAs, and amendments. The role requires careful comparison of contract versions, identification of legal and commercial risks, and preparation of clear summaries and recommendations for internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Legal Specialist will support the Legal Manager in managing workflow, tracking issues, and ensuring requests are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Bacharel em Direito) from an accredited Brazilian university with active OAB certification. They should possess experience in contract law and commercial legal matters, demonstrating strong drafting skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English and intermediate proficiency in Spanish are required, along with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
