Legal Structuring - Infrastructure Investments

Pantheon Ventures is seeking a qualified attorney to join their Infrastructure Investment Team in New York City. This role focuses on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of infrastructure secondary transactions, including primary fund investments, secondary transactions (LP-led and GP-led), and co-investments. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, manage negotiations of legal documents with counterparties, and collaborate with Pantheon’s legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate deal execution.
