Legal Working Student

Trade Republic is seeking a Legal Working Student to join our dynamic legal team in Berlin, Germany. As Europe's largest savings platform, we operate in 17 countries, serving over 8 million customers with assets exceeding €100 billion. Our mission is to empower everyone to build wealth through easy, safe, and free access to financial systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business units, management, and other stakeholders to ensure our services and products comply with existing legal frameworks.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance on litigation cases, such as file creation, maintenance, reporting, and fact collection. You will assist the legal team in preparing documents, reports, and presentations, conduct research on a wide variety of legal questions, and support the legal operations team in automating legal processes. Additionally, you will work on various ad-hoc topics as they emerge within the legal department.

The ideal candidate has successfully completed their first state examination (1. Staatsexamen) and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. You should be communicative, proactive, and enjoy teamwork. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage assigned tasks independently are essential. A problem-solving mindset and a drive to implement innovative solutions are highly valued.
