Licensed Real Estate Agent

Orchard is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their Austin, Texas team. As part of Orchard Brokerage, you'll be integral to redefining the real estate experience by providing clients with innovative solutions and exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to grow your business within a supportive and dynamic environment.

In this commission-only position, you'll engage with highly motivated home sellers through Orchard's Max program, eliminating the need for cold calls. You'll have access to a suite of tools, including Orchard Move First, Concierge services, and Cash Offer Marketplace, to assist clients in buying and selling homes efficiently. Additional support includes free transaction coordination and coaching from experienced trainers and local Market Managers.

Ideal candidates will have at least four closed residential real estate transactions in the past year and hold an active, unrestricted Texas real estate license. Strong sales skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential. Proficiency with technology and effective communication skills are also required.

Compensation is commission-based, with the average full-time agent earning between $75,000 and $200,000+ annually, and no cap on earnings.
