Orchard is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join its innovative brokerage team in Dallas, Texas. This role offers an opportunity to redefine the real estate experience by providing agents with high-quality seller appointments, unique client products, and comprehensive support to ensure success for both agents and their clients.
Key responsibilities include engaging with motivated home sellers through the Orchard Max program, which offers scheduled appointments without the need for cold calling. Agents will also benefit from free social media custom ad campaigns, discounted Zillow Showcase listings, and an AI-assisted nurture program to maintain client relationships. Additionally, agents will utilize Orchard's proprietary technology and listing solutions, such as Orchard Move First, Orchard Concierge, and Orchard Cash Offer + Upside, to enhance their business operations.
Candidates should possess residential real estate transaction experience with at least four closed transactions in the past twelve months. An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license is required, along with strong sales skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are essential.
This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. The average full-time real estate agent at Orchard earns between $75,000 and $200,000 or more per year. Agents also have the opportunity to earn equity through Orchard stock options and can participate in multiple revenue streams, including revenue share incentives and the option to become a certified Orchard Mentor.
