Orchard is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join its innovative brokerage team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Orchard, you will be responsible for engaging with motivated home sellers, utilizing Orchard's proprietary tools and programs to facilitate smooth transactions. Your daily activities will include conducting property showings, negotiating offers, and leveraging Orchard's marketing resources to attract potential buyers. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and have a minimum of four closed residential real estate transactions in the past twelve months. Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections effectively and build rapport quickly, are essential. An analytical mindset, adaptability to customer schedules, and proficiency in using technology are also required. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. The average full-time real estate agent at Orchard earns between $75,000 and $200,000 or more per year. Compensation plans are competitive and scale with performance, offering multiple revenue streams, including revenue share incentives and the option to become a certified Orchard Mentor. Agents also have the opportunity to earn equity through Orchard stock options.
