As a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Orchard, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to redefining the real estate experience. Your role will involve working closely with clients to facilitate the buying and selling of homes, leveraging Orchard's unique products and services to provide a seamless experience. You will receive fully vetted leads, allowing you to focus on client relationships and closing deals.
Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the transaction process. You will also have access to Orchard's proprietary tools, such as Orchard Move First, which enables clients to buy a new home before selling their current one, and Orchard Concierge, offering price-boosting repairs and upgrades at no upfront cost. Additionally, you will participate in hands-on coaching and mentorship programs to enhance your professional growth.
To qualify, candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Tennessee real estate license and be located in the greater Nashville area. Some residential real estate transaction experience is preferred. Strong sales skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential. Proficiency in technology and effective communication skills are also important.
This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. The average full-time real estate agent at Orchard earns between $75,000 and $200,000 or more per year. Agents receive over $1,100 in monthly marketing support, access to a network of private investors, and opportunities to earn equity through stock options.
