Lifecycle Marketing Automation Manager
Komodo Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Automation Manager to lead the design and management of automated lifecycle journeys for critical Life Sciences segments. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Revenue Operations, partnering with RevOps and Paid Media to ensure seamless lead transition processes. The mission is to develop sophisticated, AI-driven automation and content strategies that convert high-intent prospects into qualified meetings, thereby driving significant pipeline growth across the biopharma landscape.
Key responsibilities include spearheading the creation of complex, automated lifecycle journeys tailored for segments such as Emerging Biopharma, Large BioPharma, and Medical Affairs. The role involves acting as the primary builder and operator for AI Marketing Agents to generate personalized, high-quality email content that reinforces the company's brand voice and scientific credibility. Additionally, the manager will own and optimize marketing-led steps within all Sales Development Representative (SDR) cadences, ensuring rapid response times and efficient workflows.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Operations, with a strong focus on high-volume, automated campaign execution. Deep expertise in HubSpot, including Workflows, Sequences, and Lists, and its synchronization with Salesforce is mandatory. Familiarity with the biopharma landscape, including distinctions between Commercial and Clinical sectors and various Therapeutic Areas, is essential. The candidate should also possess the ability to interpret complex business intelligence dashboards and translate insights into immediate, tactical decisions.
The starting annual base pay for this role ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 USD. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
