Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Wellz)
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Wellhub is responsible for leading CRM and lifecycle marketing programs for Wellz, Wellhub's corporate mental health platform. This role involves designing and optimizing user journeys across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and recovery, utilizing channels such as email, push notifications, and WhatsApp. The position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and operates in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing plans, managing KPIs, and leveraging segmentation, personalization, automation, and experimentation to drive growth. The specialist will serve as the project manager for user growth initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, asset development, stakeholder alignment, quality assurance, and performance analysis. Additionally, the role involves driving experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to continuously optimize performance.
Candidates should have proven experience in designing and managing lifecycle marketing programs, with a strong understanding of lifecycle stages, automation, segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with CleverTap, including CRM campaigns, automations, and lifecycle journeys, is mandatory. Experience with the WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta within CleverTap is also required; familiarity with Braze is a plus. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, and the ability to develop CRM copy and visual assets independently are essential.
