The Employment Litigation Associate at iHerb will support the company's employment-related litigation and dispute resolution matters. This role focuses on handling employment claims, advising on workplace risk, and supporting broader litigation matters as needed. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded individual with experience managing employment disputes in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include managing and supporting employment-related claims such as wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and PAGA matters. The associate will assist in responding to administrative agency charges, draft position statements, settlement agreements, and litigation documents, and partner with HR and internal stakeholders on pre-litigation dispute resolution and risk mitigation. Additionally, the role involves assisting in broader litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, pleadings, and discovery responses, and supporting case strategy development and fact investigations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years of litigation experience with a focus on employment law. Required qualifications include experience handling employment claims, strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar are also required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 USD annually.
